Sean Haley aka DJ Stylee formally known as DJ Styli was introduced to the Baltimore/ D.C. electronic music scene in late 1996. After going to a couple of club/rave events and messing around with his friends decks, Stylee found the art of mixing fascinating. Picking up his first belt driven decks in early 97, Stylee bought his first dnb record @ what was called Modern Music in Fells point baltimore. It was on from then, collecting as much dnb as possible...listening to tapes and mix CDs with 2 of his earliest influences being BassRush 3 mixed tape by Dieselboy, and DJ Hype's Drum and Bass Selections #4. Working with his Hardcore/Deathmetal band "All is Suffering" as a drummer, Stylee's influence comes straight from the groove of the drum beat, weither a blastbeat or hardcore groove.
Stylee has played alongside Dieselboy, Dara, J Smooth, Kidd Linus, Entity aka Lonnie Fisher, Michelle Saint, Joanna O and Jesse Split off 97.3 WRIR "Turnstyle Records", Richmond Va just to name of the few local and national talent.
Stylee is currently associated with ChemicalSmiles Productions and is looking forward to play "Bass at the Beach 2" in Carolina beach, NC Late June 2010.
