Five years after its launch, Maschinen Musik gets ready to kick off its tenth release – who would have thought that we would survive that long? To celebrate this glorious moment we are bringing you a prime package of four brand new original tracks, fresh out of the studios of the Maschinen Musik crew.
With the first track we welcome the newest member of the Maschinen Musik family, Dennis Richter a.k.a. Electronic Confessions, who as Insektoid already put out a stunning release on Germany’s top electro label Mikrolux. “Wrong Tunnel Interpretation” shows his talent for combining movie inspired sounds and atmospheres with rough and dirty driving breakbeats. An irresistible rhythm, a sawing bass and stabbing synths should put a fat smile on every electro connoisseur’s face.

Track two, T.R.O.’s “Message”, works its way a bit more on the breaks side of things. The creator of jewels like “Turingmachine” and “Tekknologic” demonstrates once more, that for sure he is one of Germany’s rising breakbeat stars. If you like Tipper, Photek, or S.O.T.E.G., then “Message” is a gem you don’t want to miss. Percussion mayhem deluxe, topped with lots of heavy bass and crystal clear pads. You couldn’t ask for more.

Third in line is Maschinen Musik veteran Solar Chrome with his new masterpiece “Bionic System”. He again delivers his trademark combination of synthetic craziness and boldly expands his horizon into minimal and glitchy territories, without loosing his incomparable feel for deadly grooves. Cutting edge nuskool electro for those who dance with the robots.

Last but not least, Maschinen Musik head Dr. Schmidt takes you on a trip into the “Resonator”, a celebration of the reign of the drum. Hard kicks, fast stabs, driving synths and bittersweet pads will put you through an electronic rollercoaster. Digital darkness for the EBM heads of today, that will leave you smiling and sweaty on the dance floor. You liked “The Raid”? You’ll love the “Resonator”.
