Three young Luchadores undertake a mission to Cuba and when they've finished they take a boat headed back to Florida, only for it to be disappeared off the ocean's surface by magic undersea city machines that pop out of the water. Their boat is there one second, and gone the next, and there were some fishermen who says the three luchadores were never seen again. El Demonio Azul went to Florida and managed to identify that the magic undersea city machines were controlled by the mad scientist Robotnik and his gang.
